What We Do

We offer unforgettable adventures with our team of friendly, well-loved sled dogs — from guided winter rides through snowy forests to summer kennel tours and puppy playtime. Whether you’re here for the thrill, the dogs, or the quiet beauty of the trail, we’re all about real experiences, happy dogs, and a deep love for the land we call home.

Our Services

  • Buckle into the sled and let our dogs show you their favorite winter trails. No experience needed — just a sense of adventure and a warm jacket.

  • Come behind the scenes, meet the pack, and maybe even snuggle a future sled dog. It’s a low-key, feel-good way to connect with the team.

  • Our sled dogs don’t take summers off. Ride along as they train on dryland and see how the magic happens without the snow.

What People Are Saying

Rave Reviews for 10th Mountain Mushing

★★★★★

“I was so impressed with the planning and prep of the whole operation. The dogs were always the first priority and Ethan and Sean planned out every step of the adventure to make sure we cleared any surprise drops and turns and had a total blast! They knew the terrain and their dogs so well. We loved the post-sled cuddles!”

★★★★★

We had an awesome time getting a sled dog ride with 10th Mountain Mushing! Ethan and Sean were friendly, professional, and experts at what they do. The dogs' wellbeing and happiness was paramount to their operation, but so was making sure we had a fun and safe experience. I'd highly recommend picking them for a sled tour.”

Meet Our Dogs

  • Alfalfa

    #fhtogglels/Read Bio/Close/ib

Very strong and very loud. When we put Alfalfa on the line, he lets us know how excited he is. He's a very good boy and pulls extremely hard next to his brother AJ. Back home at the kennel, alfalfa is a goofball. Careful giving him kisses! He likes to give you a small nose chomp :)

  • Fidel

    #fhtogglels/Read Bio/Close/ib

Fidel is the first dog I have had the honor to train into sledding. I'm extremely proud of the dog he is becoming. Whether it’s his family display of manners, sitting at my feet when he's excited and wants pets or showing his skill by leading the team with kaltag, Fidel loves the sled dog lifestyle and I couldn't be happier with him.

  • Moff

A very squeaky dog. He loves to run and is one of our most improved dogs since adoption. He likes to play rough when free running. Lots of growling.

  • Basalt

    #fhtogglels/Read Bio/Close/ib

Our best sled dog by far, super talented lives to run. He thrives on any position on the sled. We use Basalt to teach the youngins how to run because of his impeccable technique and drive to pull. Basalt does not like to take breaks and he will let you know as soon as he is over it.

The goofiest dog you’ll ever meet, he makes me laugh every morning.
